Our commitment

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on Spinaxy Cloud infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform (URL, product name, item ID, or other specific details)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Actions we may take

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the reported content
  • Notify the user who posted the content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers
  • Cooperate with rights holders and legal authorities as required

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your contact information and physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and acceptance of service of process from the complainant

We may restore content if appropriate under applicable law and after notifying the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

Marketplace authors

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings, previews, and downloadable files do not infringe third-party copyrights. Violations may result in item removal, withheld earnings, or account suspension.

Hosting and user content

Users who host apps or websites through Spinaxy Cloud are responsible for the content they publish. We may remove or suspend hosted content that is subject to a valid copyright complaint.

False claims

Submitting false or bad-faith infringement notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. Only submit claims if you genuinely believe infringement has occurred.
