At Spinaxy Cloud, we want you to be satisfied with purchases on our digital marketplace and with our app and website hosting and management services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request them. This policy supplements our Terms of Use and any product-specific license terms.
General principle. Because digital products can often be downloaded or accessed immediately, most marketplace sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

Refund process. Submit a refund request through your account within the timeframe shown in your purchase or support area (commonly within 7–30 days of purchase, where offered). Include your order details and a clear explanation. Authors may respond directly; Spinaxy Cloud may mediate disputes according to platform rules.
Refund method. Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method or credited to your platform balance, minus non-refundable payment processing fees where permitted by law.
Subscription plans. Hosting fees may be billed monthly or annually. If you cancel within any published money-back guarantee period for new subscriptions, you may receive a prorated or full refund as stated at signup. After that period, fees for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable.
Service issues. If hosting experiences prolonged downtime attributable to us and not excluded in our service terms, we may offer account credit or a partial refund for the affected period at our discretion.
Cancellations. You may cancel renewal at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past periods unless otherwise required.
Fees for app and website management support are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where:
Unused prepaid hours or retainers may be refundable on a prorated basis if specified in your service agreement.
Contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid transactions may result in account suspension and recovery of associated costs.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal rights, you may have additional rights for certain digital content and services. Where applicable, you may withdraw within 14 days unless you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
Log in to your Spinaxy Cloud account, open your purchase or billing history, and use the refund or support option. Alternatively, open a support ticket with your transaction ID, product or service name, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable business timeframe.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to requests made after the effective date.
